Please know that mine are both. We meet people in life who are briefly there, on and off, always there, or seldom around.
But, we also have people who love us in spite of ourselves. I like the latter.
The people mentioned on this page are here because they have always been what they were supposed to be
in my journey called life, and I sincerely Thank You from the bottom of “My Foolish Heart”

You have touched the souls of more people than you will ever know.

"Music is such a powerful force. It is almost indescribable. For many of us it is a force like nothing else in our lives,
it touches the very core of our being.
Especially people who have that "hole in their soul" that nothing seems to fill.
Music somehow finds its way into that place and finds a connection that mends the wounded.
A famous singer once said..."Music is like dope, it gets a hold of you, and won't let you go, it’s that powerful" He was so right.
I am going to share with you the words of a young man from Germany,
who somehow found the words to describe what so many of us feel about Connie and her incredible voice."

"Deep are the feelings that you stir in me" is a line in "Deep"
one of my favorite recordings by Connie. And it's true –

"no other artist could ever touch my heart and soul as Connie has. I can't describe it;
I guess everyone has to go through that experience by him or herself. I just know this:
All through those years no other singer – no matter much I liked them – could ever take
the place of Connie in my heart, and no one ever will."
